| University College Boat Club is looking for a men’s and women’s 1st VIII coach, starting in October 2009 for a period of at least eight months. Our enthusiastic and dedicated rowers would like to build on the successes of last year by engaging a first-class coach for the season. They intend to improve upon their first and second division positions in Torpids and Summer VIIIs, and are aiming to enter external regattas. Training will be at Godstow and on the Isis, with approximately 4 water sessions per crew in the first term. Competitive pay and support from the UCBC committee is offered.
