| BCWBC are looking to employ a coach for their second boat. In the past there have been 3 coached outings (on the Isis) per week, with 2 ergs and one circuits session uncoached. The W2 boat is very motivated, and has won blades the last two Summer VIIIs (and Torpids last year) so we’re really looking to build on this and hopefully get somewhere near the top of the second boats this year.
