Queens College Boat Club is looking for a coach for the Women’s 1st VIII with the potential of coaching lower boats. We are looking for an enthusiastic coach who would be very much involved in organizing training programs for about five outdoor and two indoor sessions per week. W1 train on the Isis during the week with a boat racked in Abingdon for training during the weekend. We are a committed and highly motivated crew with a good proportion of returning members next year. We are keen to enter and train for external regattas. In bumps racing we are currently in Div II in Summer Eights and 7th in Division I in Torpids.
