Merton women's boat club are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced coach for weekday morning trainings with their 1st VIII. We are a highly motivated, growing and improving club and recently performed well in Summer VIIIs, with W1 holding our position of 2nd in div II. We are looking not only to bump up in university competitions, but also to perform well in external regattas and head races.
