Hi everyone,

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we at St Antony's College Boat Club are out of a lower boats coach and look to hire one as soon as possible. The position would initially be for Hillary, to prepare the teams for Torpids, but could be extended to Trinity term and preparation for Summer 8s.

Apart from the returning seniors, we have an exceptionally strong and keen group of novices, apparent from our victory in the New College indoor regatta (men) and 2nd place in the Nepthys regatta (women) this term. We are looking for someone keen to work towards extending these successes to bumps racing. Your main focus would be on training M2 and W2, but there is a possibility of a third boat for both the men and women.

We are a small, but hardworking and enthusiastic boat club, with the most incredible fans going. Have a look at this video to see what we are all about: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i053swqSlrU&feature=plcp. In addition, SABC offers excellent pecuniary compensation.

You would have to take on 4-5 outings per week total, and would be working mornings, afternoons and/or weekends. We are incredibly flexible on working times and coaching methods.

If you are interested in this position, please email us, the SABC men's captain Robbie
(robert.ripamonti@sant.ox.ac.uk) and the women's captain Janna
(janna.vanderlinden@sant.ox.ac.uk).

Looking forward to hearing from you.
Robbie & Janna
