Regent’s Park College Boat Club is looking for a dedicated new coach for our small and friendly club to train our Women’s 1st VIII from the start of Hilary Term 2018.

Having gained blades in three of their last four Torpids campaigns, our women’s crew is now placed 3rd in Division IV. This year’s crew will be made up of four returners and four novices (who competed in ChCh Regatta), so we are looking for someone who is keen to mould rowers of varied experience into a competitive boat for bumps racing.

You would set training schedules and coach four water outings per week on the Isis (usually two week-day early mornings and two weekend outings) and advise the Women’s Captain in setting a land training programme.

The position will be competitively paid by the outing and, for the right candidate, would potentially be available for the long-term.

If you’d like to apply, please send me an email (samuel.woor@regents.ox.ac.uk) with details of your rowing / coaching experience and interest in the position.
