WCBC are on the hunt for a new Head Men's Coach, starting Michaelmas 2018. The role's main responsibility is coaching the senior squad in Michaelmas, and M1 for Torpids and Eights; taking on lower boats is an optional extra we're very happy to discuss. At present we train exclusively on the Isis, largely through weekday morning outings (evenings in Trinity) and weekend double outings. Pay is competitive.

Worcester has a relatively small men's squad, but M1 have had a strong year - up 2 in Torpids to return to Div 2, 165th in HoRR, and then getting blades in Eights to reach 4th in Div 2. 7 of our current M1 crew are still at Worcester next year, so along with some returners and promotions from M2 there will be a core of experienced rowers for you to work with.

If you're interested in applying for this role, please send an email and your rowing CV to the incoming Men's Captain, Jáchym Solecký, and please copy in me, the incoming Captain of Boats. We'll then try to arrange a trial outing and a casual interview. Our emails are:

jachym.solecky@worc.ox.ac.uk
alexander.nevin@worc.ox.ac.uk

We look forwards to hearing from you soon!
