| A coach is needed for TCBC Second VIII (and possibly some Third VIII involvement) - probably 2-4 sessions per week on the water but possibly more/less responsibility depending on how everything pans out. The Second VIII has gone up 7 positions in the past two years, and looks very strong for next year. We'd like it to keep going up.
