| Christ Church Boat Club is seeking applicants for coaching its senior squads. We currently hold the men’s headship in both Torpids and Summer Eights, and our women’s first VIII is in the top half of Division 1 for both events. We also have the highest ranked men’s and women’s second VIIIs, and very strong third VIIIs. Christ Church athletes regularly represent Oxford in the men’s, women’s and lightweight boat races. In 2008 we reached the final of the Visitors Challenge Cup, the only Oxbridge college to compete in a Henley final in many years. The club trains on the fantastic Wallingford stretch of the Thames with high-quality equipment and facilities. However, our experience has been that the key to success is the combination of dedicated athletes and quality coaching. Pay is extremely competitive. We would interested in hearing from applicants interested in coaching either, or both, of the men’s and women’s squads.
