City of Oxford Rowing Club would like to invite you to its Winter Rowing Fair, this Saturday, 19th November, 12-6pm. We will be presenting what we believe to be the ultimate rowers' winter training survival kit:

Crewroom - Kit
We all know that one can never have enough kit, particularly on wet, cold weekends. Time to get shopping!

Gavin Allinson - Sports Nutritionist (CISSN)
Gavin rowed with CORC, racing several times at Henley Royal Regatta. Gavin can give advice on performance nutrition, sadly this probably won't involve eating Soreen or Percy Pigs, but it will help you fuel yourself properly and thus get the best out of your training.

The Physio Practice - David Healy, Chartered Physiotherapist 1-3pm ONLY
David works with many sports teams and runs and plays tennis himself so understands well the toll that exercise can have on the body. David can help you prevent, manage and get rid of niggles and injuries using a variety of techniques. If you have non-compliant body parts, he's your man!

Optimum Body Sports Massage - Adele Fowler, Clinical, Sport & Remedial Massage Therapist & RockDoc 2.30-4.30pm ONLY
Adele is an experienced masseuse and applier of kinesiology tape. She works with local sports teams and also the Oxford University Lightweight Rowing Club so knows all about what rowers do to their bodies... lots of stress and strain... and don't do....stretching... Adele can provide expert winter maintenance for those overworked muscles and help you stay in tip top condition.

The event will be held at the Club, in the bar area upstairs, there will be a 1 entry fee. The bar will be open and the kettle will be on so do come and join us!
