| Godstow this evening two colleges. Total launch occupants= 4 people. Number of lifejackets being worn = 0 Under rule C5.9 college boat clubs are affiliated to the ARA. And thus bound by the ARA rules, particularly the water safety code. Which requires all launch occupants wear lifejackets (2.5.5.1). One of these colleges is habitual having been seen without lifejackets on at least 4 occasions in the last 7 days. So can captains remind all their coaches of their responsibilities. | |
