KPMG Oriel Regatta Cancelled

Sorry this is late. On advice from the EA and the lock keeper, we have been
forced to cancel all racing in this year's KPMG Oriel Regatta. Though the
conditions will improve, they will not do so sufficiently to allow racing. We
will be sorting out refunds as soon as possible in the coming week. I will
email further details once this has been sorted out.
