*A message from OUWBC's Ellie Darlington* *(
ellie.darlington@kellogg.ox.ac.uk):*

Dear all,

I am emailing you all to tell you a bit more about the OUWBC Development
Squad we are running over the Easter holidays. The squad is open to any
keen rowers or coxes from 1st or 2nd college boats.

Over the holiday, the focus will be on water sessions and looking to
increase boat-moving ability. We're not looking for perfect techniques,
massive ergo scores or huge girls - what's most important is enthusiasm and
a desire to improve your rowing ability. For anyone who is remaining in
Oxford over Easter, this would be a perfect way to get fitter and faster in
preparation for Summer Eights. For those not in Oxford over the holidays we
are planning to run a further development squad after Summer Eights.

If you are even vaguely curious please come to a meeting at Christ Church
(Blue Boar Lecture Theatre) at 7:30pm *this Thursday* (1st March) or drop
me an email.

Dates have been provisionally set for Wednesday 28 March until Sunday 22
April, and we shall confirm this in the meeting on Thursday.

Well done for Torpids and we look forward to meeting you soon!

Best wishes,
Ellie
