Captains and college CoC's you may wish to forward this to your coxes.

RETURNING CARDS - KEEP AN EYE OUT

A pile of cards is coming back in pigeon post to your colleges, each in a s=
ingle white envelope addressed to one of the coxes getting the cards. They=
should be delivered in the Wednesday morning rounds, at latest. Please ca=
n coxes who get them open the envelope and distribute other cards to the pi=
dges in their college. Coxes expecting a card should take a look at their =
pidge on Wednesday around lunchtime.

MISSING CARD?

There are still a few query cards where photos are missing, or some other m=
inor issue. A few more of these will be sorted out by Wednesday evening an=
d will be taken to the coxing meeting in case they can be given back there,=
or sent on later. If you are a new novice this term who didn't have photo=
s at the meeting and haven't yet sent them in, please do so before the end =
of this week.

REPLACEMENT CARD NEEDED?

If you need a replacement card because yours has been lost/damaged please e=
mail me back with your name and college (and coxing number if you happen to=
know it). If you are going to the coxing meeting, come a little bit early=
and come down to the front (ie the podium) as we may have time to give it =
to you straight away. Others will be returned through internal mail in due=
 course.

COXING DATABASE

The list of coxing names/numbers will go online tonight, updated with all t=
he new N registrations from this term, even though they won't be racing Eig=
hts.
