				<title>Keble Head Coach Wanted</title>
				<link></link>
<description>Keble College Boat Club is looking for new a head coach to start in October 2008. The position would involve coaching a couple of our top crews throughout the academic year as well as creating other training schedules and helping our captains to manage the rest of the club.

We are looking for someone who can coach novices as well as our experienced crews. It is also important to us that our coxes are coached properly.

Our club has a great deal to offer with events all through the year, including bumps racing. We train at Binsey (north Oxford, UK) on a nice clear stretch of river. We have our own racks and coaching launch as well as any other equipment a rowing club might need. We also have a gym in college complete with free weights and ergos.

If you think you\ve got what it takes to get us to the next level then please contact me at james.popple@keble.ox.ac.uk as soon as possible. Pay is negotiable.

I look forward to hearing from you,

James Popple,
Captain of Boats
Keble College, Oxford.

				<title>St Peter's W1 Coach needed</title>
				<link></link>
<description>St Peters women are looking for a new coach for Trinity 2008.  After a problematic Hilary term (half of our crew and subs were ill or concussed during Torpids week, and we subsequently lost our former position in Div 3) we now have an enthusiastic crew who are keen to make up for this in Summer Eights, and a brand new boat to achieve this in.  Water training will be split between Radley and the Isis, and some coached land training would be based in St Peters gym (New Inn Hall Street).  Payment can be arranged either on a per session basis, or fixed for the terms work.
Please get in contact (sarah.barbut@spc.ox.ac.uk) if you are interested!

				<title>Trinity term Univ M2 coach required</title>
				<link></link>
				<description>

University College are looking for a coach for their M2 in
Trinity term.  They are currently 10th in
the 3rd division and the 5th highest 2nd VIII.

As one of the fastest 2nd VIIIs the crew is taken very seriously and will have
5/6 outings a week on the Isis on weekday afternoons and at the weekends.  Last year they were coached by
Ollie Lough (OULRC) and were unlucky not to move up any places.

Training would start in 0th week with training camp from Monday-Thursday (1-2
outings a day) until VIIIs week.

Payment is very competitive and there is the potential for longer term coaching
relationships with more senior crews.  If
you are interested I would be grateful if you could contact me at tom.burkin@univ.ox.ac.uk.

				<title>Trinity term coaching for Regent's Park M1 and W1</title>
				<link></link>
<description>Were looking to recruit a coach for Trinity term in preparation for Summer Eights. The college has had significant success in recent years; at last years Summer Eights the W1 won blades and the M1 bumped on three of four days, we are hoping to continue this trend this year.We are looking for a coach who is willing to do approximately four outings for each crew per week, and pay will be discussed upon request. The coach would then be expected to do eight outings a week. We do not expect applicants to be experienced coaches; though we will assess applicants based on overall experience within rowing. Please contact me with any queries, Rowing at Regents Park is an integral part of the college life, and though the size is small the desire to achieve is there and the desire to really commit to training is there.Thank you for your interest,Patrick Tiney, Mens Captain.</description>
